Athletes of the Week
Boys: Paul Gallogly
Paul ran arguably the most complete race of his career in Florence. When the pack went out way too hard at the gun, he recognized it and sat back around 20th. From there he went to work and moved up over the entire race. Coming into the finish he was in a dead heat for 4th place. He made several moves, but finished in 5th, running his second best time ever and bringing home his first medal!

Girls: Abi Sweitzer (Honorable Mention to the Bergman girls)
Abi ran one of the most impressive races of the season at the Air Academy Invitational. She started out slow, but got stronger as the race progressed. She ended up running one of only 3 PRs on the day, and earned a spot on Varsity for the first time in her career!
