Team highlights

-As a team we recorded 11 personal records and two season bests.
-Nicholas PRd by 1:14 and Noah by 1:13
-Noah became the 3rd runner this season to run under 20 minutes
-Seven of the PRs were by 30 seconds or more
-The top two boys were separated by only 11 seconds
-The top 5 boys were separated by only 97 seconds
-The 3-5 boys were separated by only 14 seconds
-The top two girls were separated by only 4 seconds
-The 4-6 girls were separated by only 49 seconds
-In his first Varsity race Nicholas looked like he belonged, hanging with and pushing Theron the entire race.
-Everyone showed much improvement, not only in times, but in pushing themselves, going out hard, being consistent, and being mentally tough.
