Team highlights

-Arielle ran a personal best by taking 2:13 off of her previous best time. She has taken 4:21 off of her 5k time so far this season.
-Nick ran negative splits for the first 2 miles.
-The top 3 guys were separated by only 42 seconds.
-Sara and Nicole both have PRs to beat now!
-Lexi, Pat, Brandon, and Nick all ran their last mile faster than or at the same pace as their second mile.
-Everyone showed improvement from Tuesday’s race at Canon City.
